Innopipe has 2 main applications

1. Gas transmission pipelines

Removing liquids at strategic locations along pipeline route: 

• Prevents slug formation by removing liquids where they occur (retrograde condensation). Why push the liquids all the way down the line?
• Prevents or reduces corrosion, reducing chemical costs, extending pipeline life
• Reduces pigging intervals and associated downtime, operating costs
• Less pigging results in safer operations
• Improves measurement / metering equipment accuracy

2. 2 or 3 phase separation at facility/ compressor inlet

Above ground separation:

• CPF (Central Processing Facility) inlet, slug catchers, flare knockouts, compressors etc.
• No need to reduce gas velocity unlike conventional separators
• 30-60% lower capital cost vs conventional separators
• Footprint reduced by > 50%
• Weight and therefore shipping, installation cost reduction of > 50%
• Higher gas and liquid capacity at much lower cost
