12 PROJECT DELIVERY

14 STANDARD DRAFTING TERMS

Vessel, Process and Instrumentation, Bill of Material, Skid, and General Arrangement drawings, with one revision after customer markups, are included in the quoted price. If further changes or revisions are required after the first revision has been issued, extra charges for engineering and drafting are applicable.

It is our policy that all drawings in PDF copy are the only drawings that the customer will receive as part of the contract. A complete set of construction drawings will be made available to the client's personnel at NRG Process Solutions facilities during regular business hours.


15 NOTES, EXCEPTIONS & CLARIFICATIONS

All equipment fabricated by NRG Process Solutions will be guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for eighteen (18) months from completion or twelve (12) months from commissioning, whichever is less.

In order to maintain warranty, OilPro and NRG Process Solutions must be notified immediately in the event of operational problems.

One (1) Digital Copy of operating manual, information is included with the given price.

The supplied RFQ specification has been adhered to as closely as possible in preparing this quotation. However, in the case of a discrepancy between the RFQ and this quotation, this quotation will govern as to what NRG Process Solutions is providing. NRG Process Solutions is not supplying anything not specifically stated in the quotation.

No provision has been made to move the unit from the work area. Charges may apply if package is not removed at time of completion.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing a "lot" size for the purposes of piping non-destructive examination shall be considered the complete job.

Cost for time spent to facilitate third party inspectors has not been included in this quote due to the variability of inspectors to spend time inspecting.
