High-Efficiency Liquid Removal
It captures 99%+ of free liquids (produced water, hydrocarbons, and treatment chemicals) by leveraging natural annular flow in gas transmission and gathering lines.
Fully Piggable and Bi-Directional
Unlike traditional bulky separators that obstruct the pipeline, Innopipe features barred slots that allow cleaning and maintenance “pigs” to pass straight through the unit smoothly without needing expensive bypass infrastructure. You can even stop the pig in the middle of an Innopipe if you wish.
Negligible Pressure Drop
Innopipe maintains a minimal pressure drop across the unit, preserving pipeline energy efficiency and gas throughput velocity. We interrupt only the liquid flow and just equalize the gas flow.
Corrosion and Slug Mitigation
By continuously stripping liquids “on the fly” at or before critical low points, river crossings, or compressor stations, it heavily reduces internal pipeline corrosion, controls destructive liquid slugs, and extends asset life.
Lower Capital and Footprint Costs
Because it uses an inline configuration instead of massive gravity- based liquid settling vessels, it significantly reduces material, construction, and civil engineering-related costs (either above or below grade).

Innopipe Specifications
Innopipe inline separators are available in sizes from 1” to 60” diameter. 2”x6” and 3”x8” separators can handle flow rates of separators that would replace 16” to 30” gas separators, with the most common sizes able to handle these flow conditions.
Package sizes can be reduced and Innopipe separators can be installed in a suitcase type thermopanel enclosure.
Simply hook up to the inlet and outlet and you are ready to start producing. Controls, metering and layouts can be set up to the requirements of the specific end user. Innopipe separators were used to test over 300 wells with no liquid carry over.
