SOLARIS modular panels and charging system grow as site needs grow.

SOLARIS 3000/ 4000/ 6000/ 12000 is a Hybrid Powered System designed to provide 24 VDC and 120 VAC power for critical Oil, Gas, Mining, and Telecommunications Applications.

PV / Solar Panel Array:
Solar/Photovoltaic (PV) as the Primary Power Source to charge:
- an expandable DC battery rack and bank (24 VDC)
- Solar charge regulator modular system to match solar panel array which in turn adapts to local conditions for solar gathering capacity, autonomy requirements, backup genset capacity & maintenance interval requirements easily, including future site growth.

SOLARIS Inverter /Charger system:
120/240 VAC loads is powered via the modular SOLARIS inverter system.

24 VDC Battery Bank:
A modular 24VDC Battery Bank provides autonomous power.
The battery bank is charged rapidly by the charger when/as solar/ generator/ utility power is available.

Generator:
An propane generator automatically charges the battery bank during time of high power loads or low solar gain. Periods of lower solar insolation such as December and January in Canada, frequently coincide with lower temperatures, which then require on-demand electrical draws from heat tracing circuits.
SOLARIS runs on clean, dry propane fuel. Use of propane eases the need for onerous regulatory reporting associated with wellhead gas use, and eliminates troublesome fuel gas conditioning expenses and downtime.

SOLARIS Monitoring and Control:
SatSCADA is a 24/7 cloud-based VPN secured online monitoring portal with multi-platform compatible viewing access.
This Bentek SCADALink system is a proven, widely-adopted telemetry suite in use across 100's of retail and commercial backup power installations in North America. Operators can make use of its secure communications, or its features can be isolated and adapted to communicate with existing customer SCADA systems for integration.

4.0: OPTIONS:
SOLARIS systems are designed to allow future modification to adapt to ever-changing site conditions such as:
-shading
-increased power requirements as facilities expand or system use data become available from SatSCADA
-extended autonomy requirements
-changing regulatory requirements and incentives

If SatSCADA data indicate improvements are warranted, the system's physical and electrical architecture is adaptable to incorporate, without major changes:
a. ONBOARD BATTERY CAPACITY FLEXIBILITY
-Upgrade options onboard battery Ah storage capacity
 includes flexible battery racking

b. SOLAR GATHERING CAPACITY INCREASE/DECREASE FLEXIBILITY
- upgrade to up to 12,000 Watt solar PV generating capacity
- modular solar panel design easily adapts to adding further generating capacity
- pole mount system provides easy seasonal angle adjustment from vertical in areas prone to snow-loading to any optimal angle for warmer seasons and extended autonomy.
- panels are selected by size and capacity for handling without heavy equipment during site installation, to keep hidden costs down
- pole mount design requires less handling with less heavy equipment for a faster, lower installed cost while optimizing gathering angles over rack mounts.

c. INTEGRATION WITH RTU OR SCADA
We designed our communications interface to be adaptable to any communication system you have on site, so it is adaptable to anything from dry contact to MODBUS communications.

d. LIGHTING
- internal
- external
- lighting time
