Innopipe Is Different From Traditional Equipment

Innopipe separators remove fluids from anywhere liquids are present in natural gas lines. Piggable and non-piggable versions are built from 1″ through to 60″.

Due to their smaller size, they’re quicker to build and always cost less than conventional separation equipment. Instead of 1 or more full minutes of gas disengagement time, Innopipe separators need mere milliseconds to separate 99.9% of liquids from the total stream. This drastically reduces equipment size, build cost but also the size of surrounding infrastructure.

We have experience with above ground and in-ground designs and can adapt our design code accordingly.

Typically, up to 8″ units can be built as registered fittings hung off pipe racks, but any Innopipe from 2″ on up can be built to pressure vessel code if desired.

Innopipe also provides slug management systems that integrate with Innopipe drips and pipeline systems.

Innopipe Is A Lower-Priced Streamlined Solution

The Innopipe solution does not need to reduce the gas velocity so efficient liquid separation is achieved in a much smaller vessel. The liquids seek the path of least resistance and quickly spreads to the exterior walls of the pipe.

From here they passively drain to a lower collection vessel where nearly the entire volume of the vessel can be utilized for liquid storage. The result is two smaller vessels using substantially less steel.

The benefits are many including:

• Smaller vessel means lower cost – often less than ½ the cost of a conventional separator.

• Considerable freight and install costs – again, often greater than ½ as expensive.

• No need for mistex or coalescing filters = more savings + less downtime from plugging.

• Shorter fabrication lead times due to use of readily available pipe in multiple sizes.
