Innopipe exists to deliver fail-safe, innovative, gas – liquid separation solutions that enhance safety, performance, and operational efficiency across the energy sector—driven by engineering excellence and proven field results at a competitive price and delivery.
Innopipe piggable drips are proven over decades without issues and their use improves integrity in the world’s gas transmission pipelines operate safely for years to come.
Innopipe continues to innovate by broadening applications to gathering line high volume, multiphase liquid separation applications, slug catchers, including non-piggable fittings used to capture lube oil, tower and other process equipment liquid carry-overs.

Australian CSG Tower Chemical Recovery
Here is an example of how Innopipe can help a wide variety of operators. Below is an image describing a Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Tower Chemical Recovery project for a customer in Australia.
Most CSG operators in the Surat and Bowen Basins treat amine and glycol carryover as an unavoidable cost.
Industry standard loss is ~3 lb/MMSCF. Anything above that is dead OPEX — resupply runs to remote basin locations, compressor corrosion across 530 km of pipeline to Curtis Island, and feedgas quality risk at the LNG terminal.
Innopipe’s 6″ and 8″ inline piggable separators flange can be placed directly downstream of your dehydration or sw
eetening tower. They achieve 99%+ chemical recovery and circulate that recovered amine or glycol straight back to the reboiler.
The result is dramatically lower resupply frequency, reduced corrosion exposure across transmission lines, and tighter feedgas specs at Curtis Island.
For context on size: the same duty from a conventional coalescing vessel would require a 54″–60″ unit — nearly impossible to transport and install in remote basin locations.
The image to the right illustrates this visually.
The Innopipe 6″x10″ unit handles 5.2–48 MMSCF/d and recovers up to 300 Bbl/d. The 8″x12″ handles 9.5–87 MMSCF/d and recovers up to 500 Bbl/d.
Final thoughts
Are you dealing with slugging, corrosion, or expensive maintenance in your LNG, steam, or natural gas pipelines?
Innopipe makes it easy. Our inline separators (replace drips) remove liquids without the need for multiple steps, providing efficient performance.
Innopipe offers effective liquids removal of liquids from natural gas streams, above or below ground, depending on what you require.
Midstream operators in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Asia are already seeing the benefits. Why not you?
