RECIPROCATING GAS COMPRESSOR
Vector 7800 Blackmer model HD161C, oil-free, air-cooled, single-stage, reciprocating gas compressor including:
- Valves: Ductile Iron with PEEK Plates
- O-Rings: Buna-N
- Valve Gaskets: Iron
- Piston Rings: Poly Filled PTFE for dry gas service
- Packing Type: A
- Packing Material: PTFE
- Material: Ductile Iron

ELECTRIC MOTOR
The compressor will be belt driven by a 3 horsepower, 1800 RPM, 460/3/60 WEG W22 severe duty, premium efficiency, inverter-duty TEFC electric motor rated for a Class 1 Division 2 (Zone 2) Group A, B, C, & D electrical classification including:
- Inverter duty rated
- Class "F" insulation
- Waterproof

COMPRESSOR CONTROL PANEL
The compressor package will include a skid mounted Evolution XC-AB Standard PLC based control panel including:
- Allen Bradley Micro850 controller
- Beijer X2 Extreme 7" touch screen colour HMI
- Straightforward operator interface developed specifically for ACS compressors
- Premium Phoenix Contact Push-In terminals and relays
- Run hours/elapsed time meter
- Alarm History list with time of occurrence
- Hard-wired ESD circuit with remote trip terminals
- Type 4 cabinet
- Modbus TCP/IP for remote monitoring and SCADA integration

PIPING AND VALVES
- Discharge check valve
- All pipe fittings will be fabricated and tested to ASME code section B31.3
- Process piping will be of CSconstruction
- Process gas piping 2 ½" and larger in diameter will be butt welded CS construction
- Process gas piping 2" and smaller will be of cold formed CS tubing construction in accordance with ASME code B31.3
- 5% X-Ray on all butt-welds
WIRING
All electrical end devices will be pre-wired to a terminal strip in the control panel.
Unless otherwise noted, the pricing quoted does not include motor starters, disconnects, variable speed drives or wiring of these components.
All wiring is designed for Class 1, Division 2, Group A, B (if applicable), C, D, E, F
PACKAGING
All components will be mounted on a steel skid with lifting lugs and/or forklift pockets.
The above package is designed to be a fully assembled and mechanical function tested skid mounted unit including:
- Interconnecting piping between each component
- Wiring of all electrical end devices to the control panel
- Piping of all drains to a common manifold
- Piping of all safety relief valves and vent lines to a manifold
- All raw steel surfaces will be prepped using SSPC-SP3 at a minimum
- Finish coat would be standard machinery enamel
